Overview of the analysis features in BV workbench.
Signal analysis
| Name | Description |

| Signal chart | View the light intensity variation of an image sequence in any region of interest. |
| Signal statistics | View characteristics of each waveform in the signal chart. |
| Phase analysis | Plot the Hilbert transform. |
| Frequency analysis | Plot the frequency spectrum of a signal. |
| Time-Frequency map | Plot the frequency spectrum variation over time. |
| Spatio-Temporal map | Plot the light intensity variation over time and space (from the line context menu). |
Image sequence analysis
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Time-domain analysis | Create heatmaps of characteristics such as rise time and decay time. |
| Dominant frequency map | Create a heatmap of the dominant frequency at every point of the image. |
| Phase map | Plot the instantaneous phase and track singularites. |
| Conduction velocity map | Plot as vectors or scalars. The CV between two points can also be measured. |
| Wave map | Plot waveforms over the image. |
